One person’s dream.
This is Peter’s very own Jaaaaaaaag XJS which features a lot of custom work that might not be for everyone. It started life as a 1990 Jaguar XJS with the 3.6 L AJ6 I6 engine and 5-speed Getrag 265 manual gearbox, before Peter made some race inspired design changes including the TWR style racing stripe.
It was important that the finished car is ready to be driven in all weather conditions, so you might see Peter getting fish and chips in the middle of winter in it!
We can only say “It’s about bloody time Peter’s XJS is done!” but it has been a labour of love and a showcase of what 70’s Car Restoration can do to meet one person’s design brief. With this out of the workshop, we’ve got room for a new customer project starting soon.
